Heavy, sweet nose of candied banana, toasted marshmallow, deep caramel and toasted almond; a full, viscous, hot palate of banana-nut bread, maple sugar, vanilla, barrel char and cinnamon, into a long, drying finish of charred oak, wood spice and maple. Proof and intensity vary by barrel.
